Talala has been participating in Fire Prevention Week this October. The Park Forest Fire Department visited our school and taught the students about the importance of having a plan in case of a fire and smoke detectors. The students also went outside to see the fire truck and ambulance. Students can be part of the fire department's coloring contest and classrooms have also completed their own activities.
