Talala Elementary in Park Forest has recently been recognized for our efforts to implement an equitable, multi-tiered system of support and has been recognized as a PBIS school, receiving two designated badges reflecting our level of implementation: the storytelling badge and the action planning badge:

Please see the school supply lists for the 2026-2027 school year. Your student should bring all their supplies on the first day of school.

The 2026-2027 school year will begin on Monday, August 18th for our first through fifth grade students. Kindergarten student will have their first day on Wednesday, August 20th.
