IAR State Testing will begin Tuesday, April 9th for our third through fifth graders.

We are asking our Talala Elementary families to take the Illinois 5 Essentials Survey.

Beginning Friday, December 8th, we will be counting down to Winter Break with Spirit Days.

We're so excited to have our Holiday Shop open starting Monday, December 4th! Our students had an opportunity to preview our pop-up shop last week and make wish lists. Make sure to have your student show their list to you!

Picture retakes are Thursday, December 7th. Students will have the opportunity to have their picture if you would like them to be redone or they were absent the first picture day.

Student Council is sponsoring a spirit blanket fundraiser. Support Talala and show your school spirit with a cozy blanket.

We have a new partnership between Gordon Dental Associates, Ltd. and Crete-Monee School District 201-U. They will provide school based dental services for all students that sign up starting in the fall and spring of the 2023-2024 school year.

Join Talala for our first Trunk or Treat event on Friday, October 27th.

Talala Elementary fourth and fifth graders were excited to welcome the Prairie State Pioneers.

Talala Elementary held our curriculum night on September 27th.

We are fortunate at Talala Elementary to have a therapy dog here at school. Bella will be working with classes and students throughout the year.
